3 Paintings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Decembers full moon on 12.08.22 from 6 to 8 pm at Ceres Gallery 547 W 27th St 2nd floor there is an opening of a group show wherein I will have 3 paintings displayed. 1 old, 1 newer and 1 newist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A portrait, a back and a house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you can’t make it to the opening, you can view my work at the gallery Tuesday 12\/6 from noon to 6 pm through Saturday 12\/10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if you’re still interested, and W 27th between 10th and 11th ave is just beyond your wanderings, I will be posting a picture of my 3 works hung HERE… once I’ve put them on the wall on Monday the 5th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lousy effort at a Chaim Soutine, but sold anyway. 24″ x 24″? Don’t remember, can’t find the person who bought it and hung it in his kitchen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another Exploration of Arthur Dove: 1923 River Bottom<\/em>2012 Quarry stones, aluminum screening, plaster gauze, acrylic paint. 10″ x 12″ x 3″. Private collection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

this began as a take off of an Arthur Dove, an early American Abstractionist who had a studio in the Hudson River Valle. 1880 – 1946. Privately collected<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inspired from a replica of the Venus of Willendorf a very early (35,000 years ago +-) portrait.
